Ricardo Costa is an Operations Project Manager at Blue Sky Towers, where he has been part of the team since February 2021. He oversees the development, acquisition, and operational performance of our assets across the United States and the Caribbean, supporting both new-build projects and existing portfolio operations.
In his role, Ricardo manages projects from early-stage due diligence and permitting through construction, closeout, and ongoing asset performance. He collaborates closely with engineering, construction, finance, and external partners to ensure projects are executed efficiently, meet carrier and regulatory requirements, and align with broader business objectives. Ricardo focuses on improving processes, managing risk, and enhancing long-term asset value.
