Philip officially began his telecommunications career in 2007 as a tower climber, following years of hands-on experience developing engineering and technical skills alongside seasoned industry professionals. After earning his engineering degree, Philip joined FDH Velocitel as a Project Engineer II, where he rapidly advanced into Project Manager and Engineering Lead roles.
Philip later founded Talley Endeavors Incorporated, a cell tower company focused on engineering-driven solutions, inspections, and operational efficiency. He subsequently served as Director of Inspections at Delta Oaks Group before joining Blue Sky as Engineering Manager.
Philip brings a broad and integrated skill set encompassing construction, project and people management, structural analysis, CAD and BIM modeling, optimization, real estate development, logistics, operations, and data analytics. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from North Carolina State University.
