Edmy Cortijo Villock is a seasoned litigation attorney with over a decade of experience representing corporate, financial, and community association clients across Florida and Puerto Rico. Prior to joining Blue Sky Towers, LLC as Legal Counsel, she managed complex caseloads involving civil litigation, foreclosure, title disputes, and regulatory compliance. Her previous roles include Associate at a South Florida firm specializing in Community Association Law and Managing Attorney for a high-volume foreclosure practice, where she led litigation efforts in both state and federal courts. Edmy’s expertise in risk management, strategic dispute resolution, and regulatory frameworks positions her to effectively support Blue Sky’s legal operations and infrastructure initiatives.
Edmy earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Interamerican University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico. She is licensed to practice in Florida and Puerto Rico, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and the District of Puerto Rico. With her strong foundation in civil law and a results-driven approach, Edmy brings valuable insight and legal acumen to advancing Blue Sky’s mission in the rapidly evolving telecommunications sector.
