Nicholas Tella joined Blue Sky Towers in 2020 as a Law Clerk within the General Counsels’ office. Nick is a third-year law school student at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of law and will be elevated to Associate General Counsel in fall 2021. At UNH, Nick is an Executive Editor for IDEA – the Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property.
Nick has worked in both the private and public sectors before coming to Blue Sky Towers. Nick worked as a research assistant for a criminal defense attorney and helped draft an appellate brief for the New Hampshire Supreme Court and a research and editing assistant for a corporate attorney, where he researched and assisted in editing a drafting manual for corporate and LLC formation. Regarding the public sector, Nick worked in the legal department for the Rhode Island Senate, and gained experience with research and drafting, and worked for the Rhode Island Department of the Attorney General’s district court unit.
